Alteus Remedies Pvt.Ltd. has established a modern facility as per cGMP standards to manufacture tablets, capsules and Multidose inhaler. The unit is managed by experienced technical staff for production, quality control & quality assurance along with a team of expert technicians. The company has a pharmaceutical formulation plant having a built up area of 8 kanal at EPIP, Kartholi, SIDCO Bari -Brahmana, Dist. Sambha Jammu (J&K) 181133.

The facilities include raw and packing material warehouse, finished goods warehouse and sections for the manufacture of tablets, capsules & Nasal spray. All the testing of raw material, Intermediates, packing material and finished goods are done in a well equipped laboratory. It has a full fledged utilities section. The factory is situated in an open space with adequate green area surrounding the factory. No factory producing obnoxious odour pollutants is adjacent to the factory.

Quality Management System & Quality Policy

  • The Quality Assurance department is independent of the Operations department.
  • Systems are in place for the manufacture, supply and use of the correct starting and packaging materials as per current Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • All Raw Materials have retesting period as per SOP. Retain Samples of all Raw materials are Maintained as per SOP.
  • All necessary controls on intermediate products, in-process controls and Validations are carried out.

  • The finished product is correctly processed and checked, according to the Defined procedures.
  • Specification and test procedures are laid down as per defined SOPs. All such documents are approved by QA.
  • System exists to ensure, as far as possible, that the medicinal products are stored, distributed and subsequently handled so that quality is maintained throughout their shelf life.
